MULLET (MULti-species LikElihood Tests)
A program written in C that can perform genomic scans for ancient multi-species balancing selection in the absence of trans-species polymorphism using the composite likelihood ratio tests of Cheng and DeGiorgio (2019).

Results of genome scans for trans-species balancing selection using MULLET as applied to the YRI population from the 1000 Genomes Project and chimpanzees from the PanMap Project in Cheng and DeGiorgio (2019).
