BALLET (BALancing selection LikElihood Test)
A program written in C that can perform genomic scans for balancing selection using the composite likelihood ratio tests of DeGiorgio et al. (2014).

[Click to download simulated frequency spectra (n = 2, 3, ..., 200)]
Results of genome scans for balancing selection using BALLET as applied to the CEU and YRI populations from the Complete Genomics dataset in DeGiorgio et al. (2014).

On a UNIX system, extract the compressed files using the command
tar -xzvf filename.tar.gz
where filename is either ballet_v1.0 or simulated_spectra.
